Jouli, in public

Our honesty, on the record.

Anyone can say they're on your side. Jouli proves it: every reply it gives is audited, after the fact, by an independent critic that works only for the customer — and we publish what that audit finds, including every time Jouli told someone not to spend.

Loading the live audit…

The advice engine never sees who pays Jouli. The part of Jouli that answers "should you buy, and from whom" is walled off from anything commercial — it can't favour what it can't see. These numbers are how we prove that, not ask you to believe it.

How it works

  1. You ask. Jouli reads your bill, your quote, your situation, and gives the honest move.
  2. An independent "Red Pencil" audits the reply — a separate critic, working only for you, that flags any answer that over-sells, over-sizes, buries a cheaper option, or nudges you toward Mission Green.
  3. We publish the aggregate — above, refreshed continuously. The headline is the walk-away rate: how often the honest answer was "don't buy / not yet / go elsewhere." A high number is the point.
  4. Next: the Reality Ledger — we'll re-read real bills after real installs and publish how close Jouli's savings predictions actually landed, misses and all.

Jouli is built by Mission Green (ABN 17 659 134 577), a licensed installer — so yes, there's a commercial interest, and we never hide it. This page exists so you don't have to take that on faith.
