Join the MG installer network.
We're building a trusted installer network. If you're SAA-accredited and committed to quality, we want to work with you.
A straight deal for the crew on the roof.
Our whole model is telling customers the honest thing — wait, buy smaller, or don’t buy. That same honesty is how we treat the installers who do the work.
We’ll walk a bad job — so it never becomes your callback
We’d rather lose a sale than hand you an undersized string on a shaded roof or a battery that doesn’t suit the home. Telling customers the honest thing upstream — wait, buy smaller, or don’t buy — means cleaner installs and fewer angry return visits downstream. Our honesty protects you too.
You own the customer relationship — we don’t poach
The homeowner you install for stays your relationship for future service and referrals. We’re the retailer behind the job, not a competitor for your next one. That’s the intent we build the partnership on, not a handshake we can quietly walk back.
Customer-ownership terms are set out in your installer agreement. No quotas, no corner-cutting
There’s no monthly install target hanging over you and no penalty for saying ‘that roof needs a second visit’ or ‘this customer should wait.’ We’d rather send you fewer jobs you can do properly than volume that forces rushing — quality over volume protects your accreditation and our name at the same time.
Honest about the pipeline — no fantasy job numbers
We won’t dazzle you with ‘hundreds of jobs a week’ we can’t back in your postcode. During onboarding we’ll tell you honestly what work realistically looks like in your area right now, and where it’s growing. If your region’s quiet this quarter, you’ll hear it from us before you commit, not after.
Better work.
Better support.
A mix of residential and commercial work across solar, batteries, heat pumps, air-con and EV chargers, paid at competitive rates on time, with ongoing technical training and direct access to MG's engineering team. Work availability still varies by season and region.
Steady, Honest Pipeline
A mix of residential and commercial work across solar, batteries, heat pumps, air-con and EV chargers — so a broad-skilled crew can stay busier when any single category slows. Work availability still varies by season and region, and we'll tell you straight what your area looks like.
Premium Products
Install the best products in the market — BYD, Tesla, Fronius, Enphase, Pylontech, Trina. Proud of every system you install, not embarrassed by cheap equipment.
Fair Rates
Competitive installation rates paid on time, every time. No chasing invoices, no disputed payments. Professional relationships for professional work.
Support & Training
Ongoing technical training and direct access to MG's engineering team. Our team helps keep your STC documentation and pre-install sign-offs to a proper standard so audit paperwork is less likely to catch you out — your SAA accreditation and on-site obligations remain yours; we support the process.
What we

Three requirements: current Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accreditation, a minimum of two years' solar installation experience, and current public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation insurance. All documentation is verified before network admission.

Start Installing
Begin receiving job assignments in your area. Dedicated support coordinator for all project logistics.
Site-ready jobs, not half-baked leads.
There’s a world of difference between a ‘lead’ and a job that’s ready to install. We do the desk work so your day pays what you planned.
Site-ready jobs, not half-baked leads
We work to get every job to you properly scoped — design reviewed by our team, DNSP/grid approval in motion, switchboard and export limits checked, permits and STC paperwork underway. So you’re far less likely to hit a surprise switchboard upgrade or a knock-back at inspection: fewer aborted truck-rolls, fewer variations, more first-time-right installs.
We run the paperwork that isn’t your trade
STC assignment, rebate forms, DNSP pre-approval, grid-connection applications — our team handles the compliance and rebate paperwork so you focus on the install. You do the work you’re accredited for; we chase the approvals.
Final rebate amount and grid approval always depend on the customer’s eligibility and the network’s decision.A real human coordinator — who knows your patch
You reach a support coordinator who knows your area and how you work — not an inbox that reassigns your query to a stranger every time. When a job shifts or a customer question lands mid-install, you get someone who can actually decide, fast. Small enough to know you, organised enough to back you.
