Terms of Service.
Terms and conditions governing the use of the Mission Green website and our energy products and services.
Effective Date: 1 April 2026 · Last reviewed: 21 April 2026
Entity: Mission Green Pty Ltd (ABN 17 659 134 577)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Mission Green website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Mission Green provides solar panel installations, battery storage systems, heat pump installations, EV charging solutions and related energy services for residential and commercial properties across Australia.
3. Quotes and Proposals
All quotes and proposals provided by Mission Green are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on product availability, site conditions and applicable rebates at the time of installation.
4. Installation Agreement
A separate installation agreement will be provided for each project, detailing system specifications, pricing, payment terms, installation timeline and warranty coverage. The installation agreement forms the binding contract between you and Mission Green.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your installation agreement. For financed installations, payment terms are governed by the finance provider's agreement. Mission Green does not charge deposits unless specified in the installation agreement.
6. Warranties
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. Mission Green provides workmanship warranties as detailed in your installation agreement. See our Warranty page for details.
7. Rebates and Incentives
Mission Green assists with the processing of government rebates and incentives on your behalf. Rebate availability, amounts and eligibility criteria are determined by government bodies and are subject to change without notice. Mission Green does not guarantee rebate approval.
8. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy which cannot by law be excluded or modified, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2). If our goods or services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited (to the extent permitted by law) to the re-supply of the goods or services, or payment of the cost of having the goods or services re-supplied.
9. Limitation of Liability
Subject to Section 8 above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Green's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Mission Green for the relevant services. Savings estimates and projections are indicative only and actual results may vary based on location, system size, usage patterns and electricity tariff structures.
10. Cooling-Off Period
Where your agreement with Mission Green constitutes a distance contract or unsolicited consumer agreement under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to terminate the agreement within the cooling-off period prescribed by law (typically 10 business days). To exercise this right, contact us in writing at info@missiongreen.com.au. Any deposit paid will be refunded within 14 business days of cancellation. This right does not apply once installation has commenced with your express consent.
11. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises in connection with these terms or our services:
- Direct resolution: Contact us first at info@missiongreen.com.au. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 14 business days.
- Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved, either party may refer the matter to mediation through the Resolution Institute (or an equivalent body) before commencing legal proceedings.
- Regulatory bodies: You may also contact Consumer Affairs Victoria (1300 558 181), the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), or your state's fair trading body.
Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek urgent injunctive relief or to lodge a complaint with a regulatory body at any time.
12. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
12.1 Ownership. All content, software, design, text, graphics, logos, data, and the “Jouli” assistant — including its underlying engine, models, prompts, rebate and tariff datasets, and generated responses — are owned by or licensed to Mission Green Pty Ltd (ABN 17 659 134 577) and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trade mark, confidential-information and other laws.
12.2 Limited licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this website and Jouli for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
12.3 Prohibited conduct. You must not, and must not permit any person or automated system to:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of this website, the Jouli engine, its datasets or its outputs, except as expressly permitted;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, index, cache or extract content or data by any automated means, or access the Jouli interface or API other than as we provide it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code, prompts, logic or configuration of Jouli;
- use any content, data or Jouli output to build, train, fine-tune or improve any competing product, dataset, model or service;
- remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice, or circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, access-control, rate-limiting or usage-monitoring measure.
12.4 Jouli outputs. Jouli’s responses are provided for your personal use and are estimates only (see Sections 7 and 9). The rebate and tariff data, prompts and engine that generate them are confidential and proprietary to Mission Green; access does not transfer any ownership or licence beyond clause 12.2.
12.5 Monitoring & enforcement. We monitor and log access (including IP address, timestamps and usage) to operate and protect the service. We may suspend or terminate access, and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies (including injunctions and damages), for any breach of this Section.
12.6 Trade marks. “Mission Green”, “Jouli” and our logos are trade marks of Mission Green Pty Ltd. You must not use them without our prior written consent.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 11, any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
