Tasmania’s regulated minimum feed-in rate is 9.276c/kWh from 1 July 2026 — up 5.6% on last year and unusually generous. A Lynx Home F G2 tower requires a compatible GoodWe hybrid inverter (ET, EH, BT or BH); if you already run one, it's the neatest retrofit there is. In a blackout the ESA's built-in 63A backup keeps essential or whole-home circuits running, with no separate gateway; what stays on depends on the loads running and the circuits your electrician nominates. Connections in Tasmania go through TasNetworks, and Mission Green handles the network approval and metering paperwork.
